How long do custom orders take? TOP
On average, custom orders take between 1-3 weeks.  I can be contacted to inquire about lead times prior to purchase.

Can you use my own fabrics, buttons or jewelry to create a custom one of a kind doll? TOP
Yes, absolutely.  Contact me and I will advise on shipping to me and we will discuss design of your doll.

Are dollies machine washable? TOP
No.  Dolls are created with tiny details such as hand-sewn buttons, hair and lace that will not handle machine washers.  Spot clean only is recommended.

Can I return my item? TOP
Returns are accepted for all items within 7 days of purchase with the exception of 'custom' order dollies.  See return policy.  Shipping fees are not refundable.
