This amazing slipcover sham is made from a vintage white cotton blanket.  Measures 18" x 18" and 2 1/2" soft ruffle.  In the center I have sewn a vintage scrap table runner with large vintage creamy ivory button. Backside is done in a simple envelope style finish.
