Payment

Payments may be made using any major credit card, debit card or Paypal account. Le Boutique Chic is a Verified Paypal Merchant. All online payments use secure ssl encryption to protect all private information.

Other Payment Methods

Personal checks, money orders and Paypal eChecks are also accepted. Personal checks must clear before merchandise will ship (usually 3-7 days). If paying by Paypal eCheck, I will receive notification from Paypal that the eCheck has cleared and order will ship the next business day.

Shipping

Domestic: LBC utilizes USPS First Class or Priority shipping with delivery confirmation. Items will ship within 1-3 days of receipt of payment (unless purchase is a custom order). An email will be sent with tracking information for record retention.

International: Please contact me and I will advise on a shipping quote as well as possible customs fees or charges.

Shipping Insurance: Insurance is not required but strongly recommended. LBC can not be held responsible for damaged or lost items due to the postal service.

Returns & Refunds

Returns: If for any reason you not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 5 days of receipt to let me know you will be returning items. Return orders need to be received within 14 days of original purchase. Shipping fees are not returnable.

Returns need to be in the original packaging, original condition and with all attached labels and paperwork for a speedy refund.

Custom Order Returns: Custom orders are not returnable.

Ordering with Le Boutique Chic is fast, easy and safe. No information is asked for that is not required to process your order. Under no circumstances, will LBC ever trade, sell or disclose any personal information including email addresses.
